Persons subscribing to the TMTI VIP support service do so at the rate of £1.99 plus V.A.T. per month. Subscribers will receive a ‘Welcome Pack’ including instructions on how to access the support services. In all cases, the first thirty days of TMTI VIP support are free of charge.

Subsequently, all payments will be collected by TMTI Limited using Direct Debit, collections will be made every six months beginning at the end of the thirty-day free period. The TMTI VIP support service may be cancelled at any time prior to the first Direct Debit payment being collected at no charge. Any cancellations made following the collection of the first Direct Debit will carry an administration fee of £5.00. All cancellations must be made either online, by logging into the VIP website and selecting the Cancel VIP Support link, or in writing quoting the subscriber name, address and any reference number and sent to: TMTI Limited, VIP Support, The Big Blue Building, Stubbs Lane, Beckington, Somerset, BA11 6TE.

The TMTI VIP support service will remain available to the subscriber and other members of the subscriber’s household between the hours of 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 18:00 Saturday whilst Direct Debit payments are being correctly maintained and paid.

TMTI does not give warranty or any other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of its service. Access to its service may be interrupted restricted or delayed for any reason. TMTI also does not give any warranty or other assurances as to the content of the advice given by its representatives, its accuracy, completeness, timelessness or fitness for any particular purpose. To the full extent permissible by law, TMTI disclaims all responsibility for any damage or losses (including without limitation financial loss, damages for loss in business projects, loss of profits or other consequential losses) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or any action or decision taken as a result of using the TMTI VIP support service. Using the TMTI VIP support service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
